Member Services
Contact the MCA Member Services Department when you want to start a membership to MCA or when you have questions about membership renewals, address changes, subscription modifications, donations to MCA, and questions about member benefits. The Member Services Department is happy to assist you in person at MCA, by phone, by mail and by email.

Leatherneck Magazine
Magazine of the Marines was founded in 1917 to tell the Marine Corps story by featuring articles on Marines of yesterday, today and tomorrow in each issue. For questions, see mca-marines.org/leatherneck.

Marine Corps Gazette
The Marine Corps Gazette began publication in 1916 and was founded to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas that will advance knowledge, interested and esprit in the Marine Corps. For over 90 years it has been the Professional Journal of U.S.Marines. For questions see mca-marines.org/gazette.

Customer Service
This department troubleshoots customer questions about retail merchandise that has been mailed out to members and also accepts retail merchandise and uniform orders on the phone.

E-Commerce
Please refer any questions regarding E-Commerce (MCA’s Online retail and special services operations through the medium of MCA’s MarineShop.Net) to this department.

Retail
The Retail Department manages all aspects of MCA’s commercial operations including merchandise selection and purchasing, inventory control and point of sale operations at two brick and mortar stores as well as catalog, phone and, E-Commerce merchandise sales. Contact them if you are a vendor or need further assistance with your phone or E-Commerce orders that can’t be resolved through Customer Service.

Marketing
Contact Marketing for questions related to communications, benefits for MCA members, and for other business opportunities.

Sponsorships / Donations
Contact for the MCA’s award program (we gave over 8,670 Marines awards in 2008 alone), or events. You can also make a donation of $100 or more by calling this number. For donations under $100 please call 1-866-622-1775.

Foundation
The Marine Corps Association Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity established to enable expanded MCA program support to Marines. More details can be found at www.mcafdn.org.

Awards and Professional Development
